Forenom is now looking for a receptionist for our lovely apartment hotel in Alvik!

We are now looking for you who want to be part of our wonderful team in Stockholm.

As a receptionist at our reception, you are our face to the outside world, meeting both our corporate guests and our private guests.

You love delivering high-level service and creating a wonderful atmosphere in our hotel.

You need to have an eye for detail, be flexible, and not be afraid to pitch in when needed.

Your tasks include check-in and check-out, arrival control of our bookings and rooms, cleaning of common areas, light maintenance work, upselling, and light administration.

As a person, you are cheerful, service-oriented, and a true team player but have no problem working independently.

No day is the same with many different types of tasks, so it is important that you are a good communicator, stress-resistant, and used to juggling many balls in the air.

Since you will be communicating both verbally and in writing with our guests from all over the world, you write and speak Swedish and English fluently.

Experience from working with various hotel systems is required for this role.

You will work on a rotating schedule where evenings and weekends are included. The position is full-time.
